Price List
Consultation fees are as follows:
Initial consultation – £95
1-hour follow up – £80
½ hour follow up – £45
The initial consultation is 1.5 hours, during which we discuss health goals, health history, current eating habits and lifestyle. I also do in office testing for digestive or energy imbalance and nutrient deficiencies. I ask clients to fill out a health and nutrition questionnaire in advance which helps me to have a background understanding of your case. During the session I develop a nutritional plan and any recommended supplements and give a variety of tools to help achieve this such as meal ideas, recipes and shopping lists. I work really hard to make sure this is going to be something that will fit into your life and work for you.
Supplement costs will vary depending on your need, but as a guide allow between £1 and £2.50 per day for these. I am able to secure discounts on supplements purchased through some of my recommended suppliers.
I run some in-clinic testing of digestive capability, oxidative stress and urinalysis. These will be arranged after the initial consultation if there are felt to be appropriate. Price range from £18 to £25.
I will also sometimes recommend further functional laboratory testing. Costs for lab tests vary by panel but some of the common ones I use are EFA blood spot test (£94), Adrenal Stress Profile (£70), Organic acids (£261), GI Function (£272) and Comprehensive Metabolic Profile Plus (£495). Laboratory testing enables us to pinpoint underlying factors of deficiency and dysfunction which inevitably leads to faster results, in other words the initial costs can represent really good value for money.
I encourage clients to keep in touch via phone or email and respond to any questions or queries as quickly as possible. A telephone or email support for 2 weeks after the consultation is included in the price. Additional contact will be charged. Follow up consultations on the telephone at a pro-rata rate based on my consultation fees.
