Sports Nutrition

A colleague recommend I speak to Angela for some nutrition advice, she devised a food programme for training which really helped improve my energy levels, performance & recovery time. This helped to improve my times by over 20% but also enabled me to train for longer periods and more frequently. I soon realised that James was eating the wrong types of food at the wrong times. We introduced more protein and replace refined carbohydrates with complex. I provided some easy to follow meal plans as well as lots of meal ideas to help implement the new programme.
