Tasty Greens

plateEveryone knows they ought to eat more greens, so here is an easy, tasty and delicious way to cook kale or any other dark green leafy green. Accordingly to Abel & Cole, cooking curly kale this way is the secret seaweed in Chinese Restaurants!

Wash the curly kale, chop off the thick stalks and chop or rip up. Drizzle with olive oil and rub it in to make sure it covers all the leaves. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt (Himalayan is the best), some diced garlic and dried chilli. Pop in a pre-heated oven and cook for a few minutes; you want the kale to be crisp but not burnt. Serve as a side dish.
